Notice of Intention of Overseas Company to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NATIONAL UNDERWRITING AGENCIES PTY. LTD (New Zealand branch) intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and will give notice to the Registrar of Companies, on or after three months from the date of publication of this notice, for the branch to be removed from the Overseas Register.
