Public notice is given that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, INDEPENDENT RESERVE PTY LIMITED (“company”) intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the Overseas Register, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, after the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this notice.
