Notice of Cessation of Business in New Zealand

This notice represents the formal announcement by the directors of the closure of THYME TECHNOLOGIES (PTY) LTD. The company continues to trade in South Africa but will in due course be formally deregistered with the New Zealand Companies Office.

There is no change to the New Zealand incorporated company, Thyme Technologies Limited, which continues to trade in New Zealand.
