This document notifies you that:

1. On 11 February 2022, an application for putting MARKEATON FARMS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2022-419-23. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 4 April 2022 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Livestock Improvement Corporation Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of c/- Credit Consultants Group NZ Limited, Level 12, 15 Willeston Street, Wellington Central, Wellington 6011.
