This document notifies you that:

1. On Wednesday 16 February 2022, an application for putting J. AND J. WATT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2022-419-27. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on Monday 4 April 2022 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
