1. On 26 January 2022, an application for putting GEVIR LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2022-441-6. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 23 March 2022 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
