This document notifies you that:

1. On 11 January 2022, an application for putting SEKI WORKS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2021-441-1. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 24 March 2022 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Greytown District Trustlands Trust (a trust duly constituted under the Greytown District Trust Lands Act 1979), whose address for service is at the offices of Whitlock & Co, c/- Level 4, 162 Victoria Street West, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Malcolm David Whitlock, whose address is as noted above.
