This document notifies you that:

1. On 9 February 2022, an application for putting AZ SCAFFOLDING (2017) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-87. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 20 May 2022 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
