This document notifies you that:

1. On 21 January 2022, an application for putting NAIKER ENTERPRISES NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2022-409-19. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 10 March 2022 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Zhiling Zhao, whose address for service is 1 Rimu Street, Riccarton, Christchurch 8041. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Diana Samuel Georgy Ghaly Youssif, whose address is as noted above.
