This document notifies you that:

1. On 25 November 2021, an application for putting LAKHI MAA LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-76. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 16 March 2022 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Craig Preston Relph (as trustee of Platinum Property Trust) and Alvin Graham Relph (as trustee of AG Relph Family Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Core Legal Limited, Level 1, 109 Chapel Street, Masterton 5810.
