1. On 19 January 2022, an application for putting CULTURESAFE NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2022-419-15. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 7 March 2022 at 10.45am.
