1. On 9 November 2022, an application for putting MADE IN NIPPON LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2022-485-755. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Tuesday 13 December 2022 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
