This document notifies you that:

1. On 19 October 2022, an application for putting KWIK CLEANING SERVICES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. Its reference number is CIV-2022-425-65. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on Thursday 15 December 2022 at 11.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
