This document notifies you that:

1. On 12 September 2022, an application for putting OMAIO KORERO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-1659. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 1 December 2022 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant limited partnership, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
