This document notifies you that:

1. On 16 September 2022, an application for putting MICO DEVELOPMENT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-2035. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 3 February 2023 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Simon Dalton and Matthew Peter Kemp as liquidators of Acium Construction Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is Jackson Russell, Solicitors, Level 13, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Mark Andrew Edward Sullivan of Jackson Russell, Solicitors, whose address is as noted above.
