This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 October 2022, an application for putting LAKEWOOD GENERAL PARTNER LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2022-419-289. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on Monday 21 November 2022 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Du Val Developments Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of McMahon Butterworth Thompson, Lawyers, Level 1, 5 High Street, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Howard Thompson, whose address is as noted above.
