This document notifies you that:

1. On 7 September 2022, an application for putting LHS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (trading as The Auckland City Pharmacy) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-1607. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 4 November 2022 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Zintist Limited, whose address for service is c/- Zhang Law Limited, 130 Ladies Mile, Ellerslie, Auckland 1051. The plaintiff’s solicitors are Xinan Zhang and Sameela Prithee Ram, whose address is as noted above.
