This document notifies you that:

1. On 15 November 2021, an application for putting INSIGHT PLUMBING (NZ) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2021-404-2272. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 4 March 2022 at 10.00am.
