This document notifies you that:

1. On 24 August 2022, an application for putting CRAZY HORSE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2022-409-396. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on Thursday 13 October 2022 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
