This document notifies you that:

1. On 8 July 2022, an application for putting BURGERED RESTAURANTS AUCKLAND LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2022-419-185. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 5 September 2022 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Nirmala Chunilal and Ravinder Thadaka (as trustees of Auroma Trust), whose address for service is Patel Nand Legal, Barristers and Solicitors. Level 2, 101 Station Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Umar Abdul Kuddus, whose address is as noted above.
