Take notice that on 27 November 2020, Bingyan Zhou and Xiangtan Xintan Micro Mortgage Company Limited placed an advertisement in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 November 2020, Notice No. 2020-aw5466 advising that their application for placing BCH INVESTMENTS LIMITED into liquidation would be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday 3 December 2020 at 10.00am.

The application was heard on this date and the liquidation proceedings were struck out.
