This document notifies you that:

1. On 31 March 2022, an application for putting MEADD (2018) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2022-412-22. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on 2 June 2022 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
