This document notifies you that:

1. On 8 April 2022, an application for putting ROLL RIGHT FABRICATIONS MANUFACTURING AND ELECTRICAL DESIGN LIMITED (7783376) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2022-412-23. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on Thursday 2 June 2022 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
