This document notifies you that:

1. On 17 March 2022, an application for putting RUSSEL ROAD MANUREWA LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-374. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 13 May 2022 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
