This document notifies you that:

1. On 8 February 2022, an application for putting ECOLIBRIUM BIOLOGICALS HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2022-404-375. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 13 May 2022 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are William Peter Summerville, Janet Elsie Summerville, Eric Blair Summerville and Susan Lorraine Summerville (as trustees of the Summerville Trust #2), whose address for service is at the offices of TWA Legal Limited, Level 9, 38 Wyndham Street, Auckland 1010. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Michael Gerard Anderson, whose address is as noted above.
