In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Phil Parkes, give notice that I have exempted Hiringa Refuelling New Zealand Limited from compliance with regulation 17.17 (1)(a), (3), and (4) of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 18 March 2022 and expires on 18 March 2027 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.
