Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 — Goods Vehicle Lane Sign & Marking
Pursuant to subclauses 5.4(1A) and 4.4(4) of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 and a delegation from the Waka Kotahi, NZ Transport Agency, I, Chris Rodley, Manager Policy, Operational Policy, Standards and Network, authorise the installation and maintenance of the signs and road markings described in Schedules 1 and 2, of this notice:
