In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Chris Thornborough, give notice that I have exempted Chubb New Zealand from compliance with Regulations 15.13, 15.16 and 15.17 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 2 November 2022 and expires on 2 November 2027 unless it is sooner replaced or revoked.
