The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) gives notice that pursuant to section 96C(3) of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“Act”), the EPA amends the Tattoo Inks and Permanent Makeup Group Standard 2020 – HSR100580 as follows:

1. duplicate text on page 2 under section 4 clause 4b has been removed.

The amendment to the Group Standard was approved by the EPA on 18 August 2022. This amendment takes effect on 24 November 2022.

The Tattoo Inks and Permanent Makeup Group Standard 2020 – HSR100580 may be inspected free of charge during normal business hours at the EPA office, purchased from the EPA, or viewed in full at www.epa.govt.nz.
