Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“Act”), the Environmental Protection Authority hereby determines that Rhizophagus irregularis, Ochrobactrum pseudogrignonense, and Paenibacillus mucilaginosus are not new organisms for the purpose of the Act.
