Notification of Amendments to the Information Disclosure Determination for Fibre Fixed Line Access Services
The Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives public notice under section 173(2) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”) that it has made amendments to the Fibre Information Disclosure Determination 2021 [2021] NZCC 24 (“principal determination”).
The amendments are set out in the Fibre Information Disclosure Amendment Determination 2022 {2022} NZCC 26 (“Fibre ID Amendment determination”) and come into effect on the date of this notice.
The non-material amendments correct non-material errors and improve clarity in the principal determination.
Under section 223(b) of the Act and Schedule 5 of the Commerce Act 1986, the Commission gives notice that it has also incorporated material by reference into the principal determination. The material incorporated by reference is:
