The Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives notice that on 28 June 2022 it has published a final TSO cost calculation determination (“final determination”) in accordance with section 94J of the Telecommunications Act 2001. The final determination sets out the amount payable by the Crown to Sprint International New Zealand for providing telecommunications relay services for the hearing impaired and speech impaired between 1 July 2020 and 30 June 2021.
