Pursuant to section 52 of the Auditor Regulation Act 2011 (“Act”), the Financial Markets Authority on 20 June 2022 published an auditor regulation and oversight plan for the upcoming three-year period (i.e., 2022–2025) setting out our intentions for the regulation and oversight of auditors under the Act.
