Pursuant to sub-clause 4.4(4) of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 and a delegation from the “Waka Kotahi”, the NZ Transport Agency, I, Chris Rodley, Manager Policy, Operational Policy, Standards and Network, authorise the installation and maintenance of the signs described in the Schedule to this notice.

R1-2.2 Rural Intersection Speed Zone Variable Speed Limit

Highest speed limit is the number of km/h shown on the sign that applies to the main road through the intersection depicted on the supplementary warning sign. Requirements detailed in Traffic Note 62 must be complied with.
