The Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives notice that on 31 May 2022 it has published a draft TSO cost calculation determination (“draft determination”) in accordance with section 94F(1)(a) of the Telecommunications Act 2001. The draft determination sets out the amount payable by the Crown to Sprint International New Zealand for providing telecommunications relay services for the hearing impaired and speech impaired between 1 July 2020 and 30 June 2021.

The closing date for submissions on the draft determination is 15 June 2022 at 5.00pm.
