Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004—Traffic Signs (May 2021)

Pursuant to sub-clause 4.4(4) of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 and a delegation from “Waka Kotahi”, the NZ Transport Agency, I, Chris Rodley, Manager Policy, Operational Policy, Standards and Network, authorise the installation and maintenance of the signs described in the Schedule to this notice.
