In accordance with section 45 of the Takeovers Act 1993, the Takeovers Panel on 28 April 2022 approved the granting of the exemption contained in the Takeovers Code (The Todd Corporation Limited) Exemption Notice 2022.

The exemption takes effect on date of approval of The Todd Corporation Limited’s new constitution, expected to be 26 May 2022.
