On 20 April 2022, the Electoral Commission approved an application under Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993 to register “Conservative” as the party name abbreviation for New Conservative, a registered political party.

The Register of Political Parties has been updated accordingly and can be viewed at www.elections.nz.
