Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were, on 7 December 2022 appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of ACE TRANSPORT LIMITED (in receivership) (“grantor”) by Bank of New Zealand under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 11 November 2016, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the grantor, being all personal property (as defined in the Personal Property Security Act 1999) and all other property of the grantor (including interests in land).

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
