Notice is hereby given that on 28 November 2022, Andrew Grenfell and Conor McElhinney, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by Venus Funds Limited as receivers and managers of the property of EPSOM CENTRAL APARTMENTS LP (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 23 July 2020. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the limited partnership’s present and after-acquired property including all personal property.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
