Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Section 8(1A) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 23 November 2022, I, Iain Andrew Nellies, was appointed by Stacey Ivan Giles and GS Trustee Services (No. 1) Limited as trustees of the S I Giles Family Trust, acting under powers conferred by a General Security Agreement dated 16 January 2013 (“the Security Agreement”), to act as receiver and manager of all the present and after-acquired property of the above-named company.

This appointment is in place of that of Murray George Allott who has vacated office as receiver.
