Notice is hereby given that on 18 November 2022, Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), and Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“Receivers”) of the company by PFNZ Limited, under the terms of a general security agreement dated 4 February 2021. The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
