Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 15 November 2022 Greg Sherriff was appointed receiver of the above company by FIFO Capital New Zealand Limited pursuant to a general security agreement dated 11 March 2022, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property.
