Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 27 October 2022, ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, the holder of the general security agreement dated 13 March 2013 and 15 March 2013 respectively appointed Raymond Paul Cox (IP#94) and Mark Terence McDonald (IP#135), accredited Insolvency Practitioners and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and future undertakings and assets of the companies.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
