Notice of Appointment of Receiver Company Property

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Domenic Calabretta of Mackay Goodwin, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, advises that on 28 September 2022 he was appointed receiver of the property of MOSSOP INTERIORS LIMITED (in receivership) (“Grantor”) pursuant to the powers contained in the following instrument:

1. The Loan agreements between Bizcap NZ Limited (“Company”) and the Grantor dated 2 September 2022 granting a security interest in all of the present and after-acquired personal property of the Grantor; and
2. Financing statements registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 13 September 2022 in relation to all of the present and after acquired personal property of the Grantor in which the Company has rights.

Receivers are required to be Licenced Insolvency Practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
