Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed as joint and several Receivers of the above-named company by Seascape (2010) Limited on 13 October 2022 under the powers contained in a funding agreement dated 20 December 2021 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
