Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

John Marshall Scutter was appointed receiver to the assets of the trust pursuant to an order of the High Court at Wellington dated 29 September 2022, under section 138 of the Trusts Act 2019. The property in receivership are the assets held by the trustees of the trust.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the receiver hereby fixes 31 October 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution and may not object to that distribution.
