Notice of Appointment of Receiver Company Property

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, Domenic Calabretta of Mackay Goodwin, Registered Receiver, advises that on 28 September 2022 he was appointed receiver of the property of INSPIRY MANAGEMENT LIMITED pursuant to the powers contained in the following instrument:

1. The Loan agreements between Bizcap NZ Limited and the borrower dated 2 September 2022 granting a security interest in all of its present and after-acquired personal property; and
2. financing statements registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 13 September 2022 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired personal property in which the company has rights.
