Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 22 September 2022 Conor McElhinney and Andrew Grenfell, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by Stephen Ford as receivers and managers of the property of ECOLIBRIUM BIOLOGICALS HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a security agreement dated 19 February 2018.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired property including all personal property.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
