Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 22 September 2022, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, of BDO Auckland, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company by the Bank of New Zealand Limited under the terms of a general security deed dated 4 July 2018.

The property in receivership is all the company’s present and after-acquired property and land.
